Very great debt management article. If you're really struggling financially then sometimes you can't overcome it without some outside help.

"The Article concludes by discussing some of the implications for the judicial system and by suggesting additional areas of research that would increase understanding of the challenges the litigation presents for parties, their lawyers, and the courts."

I sure wouldn't have been able to overcome my debt problems if I hadn't had gone to Money Mentors to get some help. I took their free debt management & budgeting courses, met with a Money Coach and they signed me up for the Orderly Payment of Debts (OPD) program which really saved me. I'd recommend anyone having money issues go talk to someone like Money Mentors who can help you get back on track!! http://www.moneymentors.ca/learning-centre/financial-fitness-topics.html
