Greg Beck is a lawyer at Gupta Beck PLLC specializing in in Supreme Court, appellate, and complex litigation, with an emphasis on free speech, including commercial speech and lawyer advertising; intellectual property; consumers’ and workers’ rights; and federal jurisdiction. He has argued cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Second, Third, Fifth, Ninth, Tenth, and Eleventh Circuits, and district courts around the country, and has represented clients in cases involving copyright and trademark, anonymous Internet speech, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Truth in Lending Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the First and Fourth Amendments, administrative law, attorneys’ fees, and a range of other issues. He also teaches appellate advocacy at Catholic University’s Columbus School of Law.
