Jack Payne

Nowhere are consumers maxed out more than by the credit card issuers with their usurious 18%-35% interest rates.

Julius Ceaser capped interest rates at 12%. Andrew Jackson called bankers a "den of vipers and thieves."

When are the consumer protection groups going to catch up with these "legal" scam artists?
