OCC Employee

Mismanagement of OCC ethics, regarding banking securities waivers in particular, was a factor among others in the parting of ways between Tom Curry and Julie Williams. She made many big mistakes, including the covered-up problem of Dave Wilson's stock in Bank of America; the June 5 article in American Banker relating to Wilson barely and lightly scratches the surface of OCC ethics problems.
