Concepcion was another 5-4 decision by the corrupt members of the U.S. Supreme Court, led by Antonin Scalia, to grant corporations more rights and fewer responsibilities than human Americans and to allow them free reign to engage in wholesale swindles of individually small amounts of money from thousands of consumers. http://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/10pdf/09-893.pdf

It may be worth noting that the Mass. Supreme Judicial Court was --unanimous-- in declaring that under state laws, there can be some limits in the ability of these justices to deprive human Americans of access to the courts.
