If you think about it, arbitration is also a great way to KILL debt collection lawsuits against consumer defendants.

Many times bank does not want to spend the money to arbitrate the debt collection suit either!

Your blog is a little light on covering this important issue for consumers using arbitration to derail debt collection court action.

I have a lot of actual experience using this.

So arbitration is not neccessarily always bad for consumer.
