Multibillion dollar Uber is a TAXICAB operation.

Why should be Uber exempt from same laws, regulations and payments that
are forced upon small local taxicab businesses who are frequently offering
their own local apps ?

Regulate multibillion dollar Uber as a taxicab fleet. No more excuses.
