Sheadyn Rogers

This is why everyone should continue to fight for their 7th Amendment right to a jury trial in civil cases and stop tort reform which has gone too far in favor of large corporations and insurance companies. Large corporations have been slowly taking away the average consumer's rights to a jury trial with arbitration clauses, tort reform, caps on damages, taking away punitive damages, etc. The only thing that keeps a check on large corporations like the auto manufacturers, drug manufacturers, and many others from putting unsafe products into consumers' hands for the almighty dollar are the Plaintiffs' attorneys!
