David Wang

We were working with Fertility Bridges back to April 2015. We were looking for Asian donor and saw a donor we liked in Fertility Bridge. At that time, that donor was committed to a cycle already and we asked Fertility Bridge if they could reserve the donor for us. They said yes and had us sign the contract and we paid the $3000 fee to reserve the donor. We were told that the donor would be available again in that October. However, after the donor finished then-current cycle, we were told that that donor was no more available to us. You can imagine how frustrated we were. Fertility Bridge don't have many asian donors and that's the one of two who we were willing to match with (the other one was not available either at that time). So we asked Fertility Bridge if we could get some money back. They refused to refund us even we requested partial refund. But they did tell us that if we could find a donor in other agency, they would try to get the donor from other agency for us and applied that $3000. We later did find a donor we liked in other agency. However, that agent would not be willing to transfer the donor. (who wanted to ?). We had to go ahead with the new donor. And Fertility Bridge never returned the money to us. They defined it as non-refundable fee even it's their fault, you lost your money. If you are looking for a donor, I have a list of agency that I can share with you. Good luck. David [EMAIL ADDRESS DELETED]
