Thanks for sharing. This may make a good clip to share with students when I teach consumer law. Though it's the first time I've thought about a need to offer a 'trigger' warning.

Congratulations to the consumer advocates who crippled credit repair agencies (including attorneys) by prohibiting up-front fees. Well done. Now its even harder for people to get relief from credit report errors.
