Thanks for the posting this summary and link to the article.

I read the whole piece and found it offered a fresh and important perspective on what happens when large business organizations create or maintain schemes to deceive consumers.

I hope someone in Congress will invite you to testify not only about this piece but also about how consumer protection laws can be improved
